How does Remote Training work?

Remote Training sessions are complimentary for current subscribers of our products, and are conducted on the Web by one of our trainers. Each of our remote training sessions is set up for your individual needs, to address your specific questions and needs about the particular Bowker products you use every day. The trainer communicates with attendees over the phone by way of a conference call, while at the same time using GoToMeeting to walk through the product via the internet.

The approximate time required for training is as follows:
» 1½ hours for BooksInPrint.com OR GlobalBooksInPrint.com training;
» 45 minutes for Bowker's Book Analysis System training;
» 20 minutes for Fiction Connection training;
» 1 hour for RCLweb training.
